These shaking incubators provide an orbital shaking motion to ensure even mixing while promoting bacterial growth. All models feature a timer which can be set from 1 second to 9 days. Once the timer has counted down, an alarm will sound and the shaking action will stop while the incubator will continue to run. The retractable platform allows easy access to the samples at the back of the incubator yet securely locks in place during operation. Built-in USB connection and dedicated software allow long-term monitoring of the incubator temperature via a PC. Orbi-Shaker CO2 performs shaking, mixing and aeration operations in any laboratory environment including CO2 incubators. Withstands temperatures from 0°C to 60°C and RH up to 100%. Unique remote control module allows digital setting and adjusting of shaker speed and cycle time without opening incubator door. Remote module connects to shaker with a five foot long thin ribbon cable that fits easily through an access port. On incubator models without a port, the cable slips under door gasket without interrupting chamber seal.
Supplied complete with shaker unit, non-slip aluminum platform, remote control module and ribbon cable.
Optional magnetic platforms are available separately for use with flasks and tubes.

The Bellco Benchtop Mini Orbital Shakers are ideal for both rigid polystyrene and flexible polyvinyl 96-well micro tube plates commonly used in cell culture, virology, immunology and serology. They are engineered to operate between thespeed range of 50 to 1550 rpm and have a 100 second timer for reproducing mixing times or can be used in continuous operation. The true orbital motion results in increased mixture homogeneity compared with oscillating or vibrating shakers.
